Unlike most school photography companies who deliver pictures to parents in 3-4 weeks, School Pictures deliveries occur in just 14 days. However, please note that we cannot create photo packages until the cover designs are approved and finalised, all images have been captured, all student names/data have been processed, and all details have been approved by the school
Images will be sent to your school for distribution to parents, or, we can deliver to your address of preference should you order through our website
Yes. All of our staff possess “Working with Children” accreditation.
You can pay online using PayPal, VISA, or MASTERCARD. Our online payment gateway is secure for your peace of mind. We also accept cash should you order with a completed order form. Unfortunately, we do not accept BPAY or AMEX.
While we highly doubt this will be the case, owing to our success rate, you are welcome to return your unwanted package within 14 days of receiving it. While we do everything in our power to capture every moment just as you want it, these moments may sometimes be missed owing to the fact that we photograph hundreds of children each day. It is for this reason that we cannot return to your school to re-shoot portraits.
Be sure to include your name, email address, postal address, contact number, and payment details for refunds. Please note that refunds are not applicable for HQ digital photographs that have been downloaded.
Yes – the school must let us know in advance and the photo must be ordered before the shoot day. We’ll provide the school with the list of sibling photo orders up to the day of the shoot
You are welcome to order photographs any time after the shoot, but please note that we have a handling fee of $10 for all late orders
Yes, it is mandatory that all of our employees have a current Working with Children and Police check.
